About This Opportunity
At Country Chef, we believe that our success is built on the growth and advancement of our people. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will be at the heart of shaping our learning culture and driving the development of our team across all levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Partner with departmental leaders to identify and address learning and development needs, aligning with our strategic objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative L&D programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of our workforce.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences, leveraging a blend of traditional and modern learning methodologies, including digital and experiential learning.
- Measure and report on the impact of L&D initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and continuously improve our learning offerings.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring employees to pursue their professional growth and contribute to our collective success.
To be successful in your role, you will need to develop and maintain positive relationships across the business and take a proactive and organised attitude to everything that comes your way.
About You
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - or similar (preferred)
- Passion for learning and development, with a track record of creating and implementing impactful L&D strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of delivering compelling learning experiences and influencing stakeholders.
- A creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on leveraging data to drive decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Ability to work in and deal with issues in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to other platforms as required.
- Experience in blue collar manufacturing background (preferred).
