Description
- Planning and scheduling of Learning and Development
- Schedule and Maintain team calendar for training, workshops, programs and courses
- Scheduling of team meetings, sets agenda and records minutes
- Preparation of weekly and monthly training courses and reports
- Actively track course completion and identify and follow up areas of concern for employees
- Develop, maintain and coordinate content management of Learning and Development Training
- Review and Improve upon current Learning and Development and Induction and On-boarding Processes
- Responsible for the Coordination of On-boarding and Induction of employees
- Reviewing current processes and identifying best practice
- Review current business needs, identify areas of improvements and gaps within business and propose solutions and new processes
Profile
- Prior experience in Learning and Development role
- Experience in Project / Program Development
- Experience in End to End Inductions
- Experience in deadline driven environment
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to positive working environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
