They currently own two 5-Star Hotel properties in Australia and will be adding serviced apartments in Perth to their portfolio, offering you the opportunity to join a business that is rapidly expanding.
The company is currently seeking an HR Manager with experience in hospitality or real estate and will be based at their hotel in Perth. You will be reporting to the Country Manager but also working closely with the Group HR Director in Singapore.
The role entails collaborating on HR planning and strategy, supporting managers in compliance and employee engagement, leading recruitment efforts, overseeing induction and off-boarding, managing performance, owning HR policies, handling reporting, and contributing to internal communications.
The role has the potential to earn a base salary up to $120k + Super + Bonuses
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in HR, tertiary qualifications in HR Management or Business, and experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Most important, however, is candidates who have a strong understanding of HR regulations in Australia, specifically relating to the hospitality and real estate industry (This would include Modern Slavery Act, Payroll, Mandatory Certification, Training and Awards)
