We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, part-time basis (3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The successful candidate will coordinate and implement training And Development programs for employees across all departments. The Learning and Development Coordinator will collaborate closely with management to identify training needs and create programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of learning programs specific to clinical disability, aged care, and out-of-home care, encompassing e-learning modules, hands-on training, and educational resources.Serve as the primary contact for staff seeking training support, offering guidance on career development opportunities and specialized training options.Gather feedback from participants and instructors to evaluate training effectiveness, recommending enhancements to optimize learning outcomes.Collaborate closely with HR and departmental leaders to identify training gaps and develop customized educational solutions aligned with organizational needs.Maintain meticulous records of training activities, including session details, attendance records, and employee certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Certificate in IV Training and AssessmentBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in Learning And Development or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)Benefits you will have as a valued team member include:
