Goodstart are currently on the hunt for experienced Talent Acquisition Partners on a fixed term contract basis, up to 12 months based out of our Port Melbourne or Brisbane Murarrie Offices. These key positions will see you proactively sourcing and leading TA activities across Goodstart for your allocated patch in Victoria or New South Wales. This includes job briefs, attraction, engagement, selection, screening, and assessment of high calibre candidates into Goodstart centres. This is a fast paced, high-volume position requiring a partnership mindset to provide hiring manager with tools and guidance on best practice and market insights to make hiring decisions.
Your Impact
As part of a large TA team, you will be recruiting all role types into our centres whilst adhering to our governance processes to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Working with Centre Directors, Coaches and Senior Stakeholders within the business you will act as a trusted advisor by developing a deep understanding of each centre so you can truly understand the unique selling points of each role you are recruiting for. You will have a genuine desire to provide first class candidate experience, your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will bring fresh sourcing ideas and be proactive in talent sourcing whilst applying external market knowledge in attracting hidden talent.
