We are seeking a Learning & Adoption Specialist to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for an initial 6 month contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
You will develop and deliver key training initiatives and learning pathways which will involve a blend of delivery methods including classroom, virtual, and eLearning and you will be delivering training on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and general best-practice.
You will be a person who loves to build relationships and is a great networker who focuses on customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Implement learning programs that develop the skills and behaviours of all employees.
Design and develop (in conjunction with change manager and external partner), training content that supports the enhancement of foundational Teams and SharePoint knowledge.
Working with the change manager on learning initiatives for the program, including strategic direction and alignment with longer-term planning in line with the wider program scope and roadmap.
To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:
Mandatory
Highly developed communication and presentation skills to be able to deliver training to a broad range of stakeholders.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing user-centric learning strategies and plans.
Strong facilitation skills through face-to-face and virtual platforms
Possess exceptional judgement, be flexible and innovative, as well as have an outstanding ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
A strategic thinker who has a high level of curiosity and loves to solve a problem.
Experience working with M365 tools, such as SharePoint, Teams; Yammer (Viva Engage).
Desirable
Experience working on Digital/Modern Workplace Programs; Projects in a similar role.
Exposure to change management processes or similar experience
