What you do:
You'll join a small but talented team covering all facets of Learning and Development. Reporting to the Learning and Development (L&D) Lead you’ll provide L&D leadership across the iSelect business with a key focus on Sales and Customer capability and providing a best-in-class learning experience.
Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements;
- Design and develop a contemporary approach to training materials and resources, and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for leaders with large onboarding groups
- Identify gaps in sales and customer learning pathways, provide recommendations, design/develop solutions, and partner with subject matter experts to generate and obtain content, curating and editing to align to the learning needs;

- Ideally you have worked with or in Contact Centres before and extra points awarded if that was within Health insurance!
