Project and event manage the 2024 Electorate Officer Conference
Employees from across the Victorian Public Sector are invited to apply to this fixed-term (secondment) opportunity as the Learning & Capability Event Manager.
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Capability, this role is responsible for managing the 2024 Electorate Officer conference, which includes:
Leading and managing pre-event planning, reporting, updates and team coordination, and managing onsite operations during the conference event.
Creating and managing a detailed project schedule aligned with the Project Management Framework for the event.
Planning and coordinating all aspects of the conference event including logistics, room bookings, accommodation, catering, décor, styling, security, communications and entertainment.
Coordinating all event operations from event development, through to bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post event review.
