As the Learning Design Advisoryou will be focused on developing, delivering, co-ordinating and assessing learning solutions organisation-wide.
You will work with key stakeholders across the business including technical subject matter experts to create training content that is clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
About the role
In this varied and business-facing role, you will be building strong stakeholder relationships across all facets of the business day in and out, whilst continually developing and delivering fit-for-purpose training solutions including:
- Complete end-to-end Learning Design and delivery
- Stakeholder briefings and learning needs analysis
- Content writing, production, delivery and assessment
- Provide advice on learning solutions including online, virtual and/or face to face using various methodologies and tools
As the Learning Design Advisor, you will bring demonstrated capability in the design and delivery of training solutions and associated content to achieve the strategic organisational capability uplift and engagement goals.
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of digital learning principles and practices including current and future trends in digital technologies
- Experience delivering learning solutions via a LMS
- High level interpersonal and professional communications skills, including working with a wide variety of stakeholders across all business levels.
- Proven organisational, analytical and decision making skills, including managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the principles of adult learning, modern training principles and practices
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate and animation software
