What you'll do:- Design learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials.
- Management, governance and cyclical review of Insurance learning course catalogue and onboarding pathways.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors/partners and colleagues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Actively negotiate and positively influence business stakeholders to consider all methods of learning and development amongst other Suncorp cyclical activity and frameworks.
- Proactively educate and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations and escalate issues and risks as required.
- Adhere to design assurance standards, actively striving for improvements in efficiency and quality of work
- Proactively play a role in Suncorp's learning community to build relationships, share knowledge, onboard new colleagues and collaborate
- Use agreed Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools, and resources when designing learning solutions.
- Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose.
What you'll bring:- Minimum 3 years' experience in developing learning & capability offerings or relevant equivalent experience (preferred)
- Instructional design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies
- Advanced systems skills - including word, PowerPoint, templates, Instructional design software
- Proficient in identifying and providing holistic human resources, communications, change and learning solutions
