Their work will directly impact their clients by enhancing their leadership capabilities and fostering high-performing cultures.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement executive and senior leadership development solutions based on rigorous leadership theories.
• Consult with clients to identify unique needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Lead the quality and execution of design projects from conception through to post-delivery, managing scope and budget.
• Facilitate innovative and co-creative sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and excellence in learning outcomes.
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to the growth of their core solutions and offerings.
• Design, deploy, and analyse leadership, culture, and capability assessments to enhance client strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies and methodologies to continuously improve their offerings.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a deep understanding of leadership development and organisational change.
• Experienced in learning design across various methodologies (face-to-face, digital, blended).
• Skilled in advanced facilitation, with the ability to adapt to both structured and workshop-based sessions.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficient in instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools, and familiar with learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, OD, Leadership Development, or a related field (desirable).
• Extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and organisational development.
• Facilitation experience and consulting background (desirable).
