THE ROLE
This role will see you join a warm and well-resourced People and Culture team on temporary basis from March 18th until June 28th to cover periods of leave.
An exciting time to support this organisation as they currently implement SuccessFactors. Responsible for the creation and design of training programs to support the implementation, this is a crucial role for the business and a truly fantastic opportunity to add value within a leading NFP!
DUTIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes to facilitate a smooth transition to SuccessFactors
- Customise off-the-shelf people focused courses
- Coach and mentor team members on SuccessFactors
- Ensuring the smooth progress of ongoing projects
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning Designer who thrives in taking ownership and building capabilities. You will be creative in nature, adaptable with a hands-on approach and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role, delivering training programs to support project implementation - essential
- Experience in the creation and delivery of learning content, including instructional design - essential
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working in a for-purpose organisation - highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
