The Role
Learning Consultant Specification: Our client is seeking a motivated Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer to join the Data Literacy team. The primary focus of this role is to develop high-quality learning solutions, particularly for accelerators targeting specific personas within the organisation. You will need experience with governance and e-modules.
Key Activities
- Define learning outcomes and objectives for accelerators in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop targeted data learning interventions, such as microlearning modules and digital tools.
- Apply Instructional Design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and assess its quality and accuracy.
- Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning impact and effectiveness.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the development process.
- Learning experience and pathway design.
- Persona-tailored blended learning solutions.
- Instructional design and content development.
- Performance management analytics and insights for continuous improvement.
- Approximately 1-2 e-learning modules.
3-month contract with extensions highly likely
