We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our People & Culture Team at Civeo.
This role has been developed due to substantial growth and will be dedicated to delivering administrative support to the Learning & Development team ensuring a commitment to excellence, promptness and a high calibre of service for internal clients.
Serving as a vital link among different departments, the Learning & Development Administrator guarantees that training requirements are fulfilled, and educational resources remain current. The role will also require the successful candidate to evaluate the impact of training initiatives and compile reports on their success to inform and refine subsequent learning strategies.
Primary duties & responsibilities:
- Efficient administration of Learning & Development programs, including the coordination of schedules, management of learning resources and maintenance of employee training records.
- Updating of the Employee Experience Training calendar
- Ensure administrative compliance to a Registered Training Organisation standard.
- Preparation of course materials for the Employee Experience Learning & Development team
- Up0date and maintain training records to meet regulatory requirements including maintenance of filing system and electronic record keeping
- Prepare report on training effectiveness, participant feedback and areas for improvement
- Support the Employee Experience Learning & Development team in maintaining communication between all departments in Civeo\
- Assist Workplace Trainer’s in facilitating coaching and feedback sessions to participants after training sessions.
Knowledge and experience:
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative background
- Demonstrated management in meeting multiple business demands
- Strong organisational skills
