You will be joining a program that is comprised of a series of joined up projects to provide new integrated and innovative legislation, practice and performance frameworks and business processes, enabled by technology and underpinned by a human-centered design approach.
The program focuses on three critical capabilities:

Role responsibilities/deliverables
- Work closely with key stakeholders to support training delivery and lead the implementation of the Program Learning approach and content of learning to appropriate business as usual Departmental learning stakeholder groups once the Program has delivered the in-scope learning.
- Continue to implement and drive the Learning Approach with internal and external stakeholders focusing on:
- contextualising learning for defined end user groups,
- incorporating the use of digital tools to create engagement with learners applying adult learning principals
- Work with the Training Team to undertake training needs analysis and develop training plans in consultation with business stakeholders for approval
- Work closely with key stakeholders and Training Team in the development and delivery of contemporary, multi-modal, fit for purpose and cost-effective training outputs. This role will also be responsible for the testing and quality control of these outputs.
- Contribute to the Online Guided Learning body of work focusing on the connection between the training products and this support tool (to embed the learning).
- Work with and refine existing tools that enable status reporting on all training elements including;
- tracking of the development of training deliverables in the Program Schedule,
- working with a Learning Management System to schedule and manage the delivery and tracking of training attendance and consumption
- tracking of training evaluations to monitor effectiveness and feed into continuous improvement processes.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise or escalate using risk and issue reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability and experience leading training teams in planning and delivering effective multi-modal training for ICT business applications and reforms in a complex program environment with a large and diverse stakeholder audience.
- Proven ability to work with program, business and technical stakeholders to analyse training needs, develop training plans and work with a team to develop contemporary, fit for purpose, cost effective training materials that aligns with scheduled timelines.
- Proven ability to manage, track and report on all training elements in a timely manner.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, influencing and leadership skills that will be called upon to manage a team of resources as well as participate in the Program Leadership team and initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders,
- Resilience, including the ability to work with ambiguity, remain adaptable and flexible and display strong negotiation skills where required to seek and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes,
- Facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience in public sector ICT projects, particularly in the delivery of multi-modal transformative ICT solutions for social services delivery
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 platforms and the associated online learning tools
- Experience working with Janison Learning Management System
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms
- Experience in social services
