As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Learning & Development Coordinator on max term full-time contract (6 months with view to extend).
This is a great opportunity to take charge of the refresh of our Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves coordinating, administering, and providing general support to the People Capability function. You will work closely with our team to manage how training content is housed in the system and support ongoing improvements to learning activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with the management of both current and new projects within this area. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting with enhancing the usability and operational efficiency of Qscan Group’s LMS (LITMOS).
- Managing the configuration, optimisation and use of our systems to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning reviewing current learning modules within learning paths, uploading new courses and maintaining accurate learning data.
- Providing administrative support to the People Capability function, including but not limited to scheduling courses, IT troubleshooting and version control of content.
Alongside your general administration experience and enthusiasm to provide high-quality support to a range of stakeholders, you also have:
- A strong understanding of LMS administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and design.
- Experience working with LITMOS is advantageous.
- A sound understanding of Adult Learning Pedagogy is a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills. You can effectively plan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines and requirements.
