We are looking for an energetic, independent and enthusiastic team player to join our HR team as our new Learning and Development Administrator
In this role you will work cross-functionally across the entire business to support the delivery of Learning and Development initiatives.
The role
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) (Oncourse)
- LMS user support
- Work with SMEs to create engaging L&D content
- Publish, test and allocate new learning modules
- Coordinate and deliver training
- Support onboarding activities
- Prepare reporting
You’ll bring:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Articulate, video creation/editing) highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills
- A high level of initiative and flexibility
- Previous experience with LMS preferred
- Experience with L&D or Instructional design highly regarded
