What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Learning & Development Administrator to join our People & Culture division in a Max Term role until 31st July 2025.
The People & Culture Division is responsible for the provision of Toyota human resources best practice advisory, learning and development services to both internal customers and external businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, Toyota employees, dealers, suppliers, vehicle importers and the broader community with the aim of becoming an outstanding employer of choice.
The Learning & Development Administrator is primarily responsible for the coordination, design and delivery of integrated company-focussed Learning & Development solutions, in order to embed local skills & knowledge, Toyota Global Content, leadership and management capability in the organisation and contribute towards the achievement of Toyota Australia’s corporate goals.
This role is based in Altona with flexible work arrangements on offer. However, there is a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week to support team activities.
How you’ll make an impact
Coordinate internal training, including, calendar development, scheduling, session invitations, room bookings, catering and preparation of resources and materials.
Partners in the implementation of schedules for projects, monitors and reports performance against key milestones to ensure delivery of the development programs to schedule, quality and cost objectives.
Implements agreed divisional processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve learning and development objectives.
Maintain reporting systems, including LMS,to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs, development, sourcing and deployment of appropriate, best practice solutions.
Prepares reports and analyses performance against targets in relation to plans and activities and helps to develop recommendations and countermeasures where required.

Degree qualification or equivalent experience
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook and Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
Exceptional organisation and customer service skills
Proven project management skills
Strong and proven analytical skills
Track record in successfully providing services and solutions to the business
Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems (desirable)
