Learning and Development Administrator

  • Permanent Part time (19 hours per week)

Jewish Care Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for 175 years. Our staff come from all cultural and religious backgrounds, and we provide cultural and spiritual training in the Jewish Ethos. 

The Opportunity

The Learning and Development Administrator is responsible for supporting the Learning and Development initiatives within an organisation. 

Reporting to the Head of Development & Engagement, you will manage the LMS maintenance and assist in deliver and report on education experience. 


To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience:

  • Demonstrated LMS experience
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel proficiency 
  • Strong experience in writing reports
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to upload new online training content and effectively utilise software features. 
  • Analytical thinking skills, considering various perspectives to identify optimal approaches.
