We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our Growing L&D Team.  Reporting to Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for managing training, and training compliance, across the Group by advising on, developing, and implementing training compliance strategies across all levels of the businesses.

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish training needs within the business and develop and implement relevant training programs
• Update and maintain capability matrices.
• Manage the administration of all L&D systems and processes, including the development and maintenance of training material and records.
• Lead and manage Primero Development programs, including Emerging Leaders and Supervisory programs. 
• Manage and facilitate new starter inductions and training.
• Participate in career days and industry events as required. 

Education and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of L&D programs.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Working understanding of LMS platforms advantageous.
• Experience managing training programs.
