We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to support staff growth, foster continuous learning, and link purposeful work with personal and professional development, ensuring that our team is equipped to create lasting change in the communities we serve.
The L&D Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating, administering, and delivering learning and development activities and projects in line with Lutheran Care's strategic L&D goals. This role will also be the primary point of contact for all L&D related queries.

What you will bring:
You will be a people-person and possess excellent communication, prioritisation and time management skills and as we continue to roll out our new system, your flexibility to glide between tasks will be key. A high attention to detail, the ability to think outside the box and pick up new training and content with ease will be critical to your success.
Lutheran Care is committed to providing a child-safe environment therefore you will require a valid DHS Working With Children Check and a current Safe Environments for Children & Young People certificate - don't worry if you don't have these yet, we can help you obtain them.
You are also required to hold a current and unrestricted South Australian Drivers Licence and possess a registered roadworthy vehicle available for work use (employees reimbursed for work travel).
