Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this position plays a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of quality training and development. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level support to the L&D department and be the point of contact for new and existing employees with the coordination of their learning needs.
As Learning & Development Coordinator your main responsibility with be overseeing the coordination of our training calendar, Kieser Induction Training (KIT), and Kieser wide professional development initiatives.
