We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in Hendra.
The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering L&D programs for our team members which align with our business objectives and enhance the talent and capability of our team. This is a newly created role, suited to someone who is passionate about people and supporting the development of our workforce.
Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to;
- Design, coordinate and deliver learning content for various learning and organisational development initiatives - including competency frameworks, leadership programs, performance and talent development programs (coaching and mentoring)
- Create a training matrix, conduct a training needs analysis to identify skills gaps, monitor progress and provide targeted training opportunities
- Design and implement our performance review cycle in UKG and promote uptake across the business
- Coordinate the digitalisation of learning and training content within our UKG Learning Management System (LMS)
- Management of the licences, qualifications and reporting processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of an engaging learning brand and culture
- Engage, coach and support leaders to facilitate and implement learning initiatives
- Assist in developing and delivering greater employee retention initiatives
- Coach and support 3 direct reports with the coordination of training bookings, apprenticeships, traineeships, work experience and e-learning
A Bit About You
- A minimum of 2+ years proven experience in a similar learning and development role, preferably in a similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in identifying learning needs, as well as the creation and delivery of training programs
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Training desirable
- Engaging, collaborative and consultative approach with demonstrated ability to interact at all levels and build rapport
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of systems
- Valued team player with the ability to work autonomously
