As our Learning & Development Partner within our People & Culture team you'll be accountable for delivering on the learning and capability initiatives in our plans that promote our purpose, vision, mission and values.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include:
- Developing new learning materials and facilitating face to face and online learning sessions
- Reviewing and digitising current learning materials
- Promoting a learning culture through the team
- Evaluating the performance of learning activities
- Establishing our LMS as our learning platform
- Improving our team performance
- Growing our leadership capability.
This could be the role for you if you:
- Are a learning professional with a proven track record of experience
- Facilitate learning with energy, passion and confidence
- Can lead the build of world-class service learning solutions
- Have developed training plans from Training Needs Analysis
- A love for guest / customer service and the tourism industry
- Work with curiosity to understand the unique learning needs of our teams!
- Have advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Can work autonomously to prioritise your projects with a strong attention to the detail!
