Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and managing talent and development programs in alignment with the Learning and Development Strategy. This role will support organisational growth, empower leaders, shape the development of our people, and inspire a culture of excellence.
This role is a permanent full time with workplace flexibility.
What your role will look like:
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to analyse business needs to develop, implement, and enhance Learning and Development solutions
- Provide expert advice on learning design and development to evaluate current and future needs.
- Design and manage learning and development initiatives, programs, and projects in accordance with the framework and operational objectives.
- Support leaders in successfully implementing learning and development programs across the organisation.
- Report on key metrics to identify trends and opportunities that shape the design and delivery of learning and development solutions.
- Implement and manage all learning and development IT systems, processes, and online offerings.
- Coordinating with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating learning and development activities using a variety of mediums and technologies.
- Possess highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively encourage and seek more efficient outcomes.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as an understanding and experience in the use of databases and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willing to undergo a National Police History Check and obtain an Employee Working with Children Check clearance number.
