As a trusted L&D Partner, you will be facilitating digital training and supporting our new and existing team members by delivering national learning initiatives and solutions that meet our current and future capability needs. This includes delivering our onboarding learning programs for new team members along with an extensive catalogue of specific learning programs across key subject areas.
L&D Partners are skilled advisors who deliver effective learning solutions to maximise and improve the quality of the customer experience and program service delivery with a strong focus across our employment services programs.
What will you be doing?- Facilitate an extensive range of training programs through virtual digital classroom environments
- Build the capability of our MAX team so they can effectively translate their learning and achieve results for our customers
- Work within a framework of continuous improvement, utilising appropriate learning evaluation tools to enhance training delivery across MAX
- Partner with Managers and key stakeholders to offer advice and guidance on available learning solutions
- Manage all aspect of L&D Partnering administration requirements such as Onboarding requirements for new starters, mandatory training and follow up activities

About you
- Driven, supportive, and motivated person, who wants to play an active role in further developing our teams through learning opportunities
- Exceptional communication, training, and facilitation skills with an ability to support a range of learners across various areas including onboarding, system based training, technical program skills and management training
- The ability and passion for engaging team members and drawing on own experiences to provide team members with a rich learning experience
- Remain agile and flexible in the face of changing priorities and have the ability to adapt to new content easily
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling of the approved National Training Calendar and all related logistics
- Experienced in classroom digital learning delivery and utilising live virtual learning tools such as MS Teams or Zoom
- You have experience in utilising an LMS to review and schedule learning events and programs, including troubleshooting learner issues as they arise (highly regarded)
- Exposure to Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services and/or other employment contracts is preferred
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40116 mandatory
