Our Organisational Capability team is looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our team. We need your expertise to support our Community Division with all their learning needs. As part of our team, you'll be working alongside highly experienced, dynamic, and energetic professionals.

The role:
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging training programs
- Build and manage the ongoing education calendar
- Report on and ensure ongoing compliance of mandatory training
- Liaise with the Community leadership team in a true business partner role
- Undertake training needs analysis activity to understand the learning requirements
- Work with subject matter experts within the organisation to design high quality learning content
About you:
- Minimum of two (3) years' experience in training design and facilitation
- Have the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Have excellent priority management skills
- Have a passion for training and an ability to develop motivating, engaging and inspiring training
- Experience in training people of all ages, cultures, and diverse job roles
- You embrace technology and can utilise a range of systems to develop content and engage learners including the Microsoft Office suite
- Has experience using a Learning Management System
- Qualification in adult learning/education - minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
- Designed and delivered a training framework to meet Aged Care Quality Standards
