Due to this continued commitment to their people, an opportunity has become available for a passionate L&D Manager to continue to support the business in providing pragmatic L&D solutions.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with your key stakeholders from all levels of the organisation, and the broader HR team. To truly understand the needs of each business unit and create tailored programs to support their ongoing development needs. As part of your role, you may:
- Design, update or develop a variety of training programs (predominantly based around soft skills, however, may touch on technical skill sets);
- Work with internal SMEs to curate and create content;
- Deliver a wide range of training, such as classroom style and one on one coaching;
- Collaborate strategically with HR Business Partners, looping training programs in with broader HR and business strategy;
- Coordinate, design and implement leadership development programs;
- Champion and continue to build relationships to further embed the L&D framework within the business; and
- Ad hoc training/LMS administration, reporting and coordination.
Why this is the role for you
Not only will you be a passionate learner yourself, but you will also have a passion for facilitation and delivery. With a proven track record of bringing employees on a learning journey with your strong energy and presence. In addition to this, you will;
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential), and ideally this will be paired with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field;
- Have extensive experience in the design and delivery of training programs, with exposure to leadership development; and
- Take an innovative approach to your work with a continuous improvement mindset.
