Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist
About Us: Our client, who is an Electronics Retailer, is actively seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to contribute to their commitment to employee growth and organisational success.
Responsibilities:
Training Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
Onboarding and LMS Management:
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for content administration and user support.
Employee Development Initiatives:
Contribute to the design and implementation of career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored growth plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in coordinating corporate learning programs.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
