Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
- Onboarding and LMS Management:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for content administration and user support.
- Employee Development Initiatives:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored growth plans.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating corporate learning programs.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
