Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist
About Us: Our client, who is an Electronics Retailer, is actively seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to contribute to their commitment to employee growth and organisational success.
Responsibilities:

1. Training Coordination:
   
   • Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted training programs to enhance employee skills.
   • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
2. Onboarding and LMS Management:
   
   • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
   • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for content administration and user support.
3. Employee Development Initiatives:
   
   • Contribute to the design and implementation of career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
   • Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating corporate learning programs.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
