In this role you will work closely with various stakeholders across the business including support services, operations, customer service team and product to create content for the delivery of exceptional training experiences. In addition you will manage and support the Customer Service Leadership team in maintaining an excellent customer service standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Contact Centre induction program, ensuring its delivery, regular review, and ongoing enhancement.
- Tailor it to align with the distinct learning objectives of both clients and teams.
- Collaborate in the creation, documentation, and updating of learning materials for internal training purposes.
- Develop and measure learning and development team members against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular learning reports and feedback to staff and management
Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116-01.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Facilitator Delivery
- Experience creating Training content
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and communication skills
