ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning and Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for the training and professional development of our employees and managers globally. The focus is to ensure that we are enabling our talent to reach their full potential in-line with the strategic vision of Moose.
Main responsibilities
Program Design and Delivery:
- Design and deliver online and face to face global learning and development programs for Moose employees.
- Continuously improve upon and drive the global People Manager Network program.
- Partner with Department Leads to develop and implement department specific training plans and initiatives.
- Conduct an annual training needs analysis and research and advise on learning and development opportunities for relevant cohorts.
- Assist with the research and development or arrangement of innovative learning and development programs.
Program analysis
- Regularly conduct reviews of program delivery via survey and provide recommendations to continuously improve the offerings.
Coaching, Development, and Key Talent Program
- Support the global coaching program.
- Conduct 360 degree feedback discussions, and provide support with associated development planning.
- Help to administer the bi-annual Talent Review and associated programs.
- Partner with P&C teams to enable development plans across their regions.
Other
- Support the management of the L&OD Global Budget.
- Partner with regional P&C teams to roll-out Career Pathing for departments.
- Stay abreast of new learning methods and frameworks.
- Help to upskill P&C teams across regions to deliver standardized induction programs.
- Develop relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Able to make timely and effective decisions with business and financial acumen.
- Presents and communicates with impact
- Creates win-win partnerships with others and relates to others in a confident and relaxed manner.
- Adapts to changing circumstances; tolerates ambiguity; accepts new ideas and change initiatives.
