We have an exciting opening for an Organisational Development Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This is an ongoing role, 0.6 FTE (3.5 days) based in our Geelong Head Office.
About the role To develop implement and manage Enterprise-wide programs and initiatives that contribute to organisational effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and enable GMHBA to deliver on its strategic objectives. This role will deliver key components of the GMHBA Talent & Culture strategy.
About you Our ideal candidate will have:
Mandatory
Tertiary qualifications at degree level in human resources management, Organisational Development, business or a related field and/or relevant demonstrated experience
Demonstrated experience delivering change, culture, learning and capability development programs
Significant experience managing enterprise-wide change programs.
A broad knowledge of a wide range of people and culture functions including performance management, recognition, talent management, learning and development, change management and leadership development.
Solid corporate workplace learning experience, along with facilitation experience.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, facilitation, communication, influencing, and consulting skills
Ability to influence, coach and support people across all levels of the organisation and to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Demonstrated knowledge of Organisational Development and design methodologies including supporting development and implementation of programs that motivate employees and develop employee capability.
High emotional intelligence and a solid understanding of how people successfully adopt a change.
Desired:
Experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion.
Proven ability to analyse and utilise metrics and data insights to influence organisational thinking and inform strategic direction.
A genuine interest in well-being and culture and creating a positive and people-focused working environment.
Experience in eLearning design
Certificate IV training and assessment
