What you need to know about this role 

This role grows the partnerships with our clients that are critical to Thinka.  

As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you will: 

  1. Collaborate with corporate clients to create tailored L&D solutions using a design thinking approach. 
  2. Use strong listening skills to interpret and understand client pain points, to create succinct and compelling learning offerings that meet these needs. 
  3. Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients to deliver value and support their L&D visions. 
  4. Complete the sales cycle from initial client calls to preparing detailed proposals and quotes. 
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and converting opportunities into successful partnerships. 
  6. Support a smooth transition from sale into production, including introducing the client to the internal Thinka team and documenting/delivering detailed briefings. 
  7. Coordinate with internal Thinka teams, to align on client needs and market offerings. 
  8. Be comfortable with tech, navigating integrated CRM and project management systems, specifically Monday.com, to manage leads, client interactions, and maintain accurate data. 
  9. Design and execute marketing campaigns using digital tools such as Monday Marketer, MailChimp, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms. 
  10. Actively expand Thinka's client database by participating in and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings. 
  11. Showcase Thinka's expertise and value proposition at various professional events, enhancing brand visibility and attracting prospective enterprise clients. 
  12. Analyse and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, event outcomes, and client engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report to leadership. 

We're looking for: 

  • An experienced L&D professional with expertise in corporate training. 
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to drive B2B sales. 
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail for superior client engagement. 
  • Someone who is well-versed in (and keen to learn) tools like Monday CRM, HubSpot, Xero, MailChimp and Canva, as well as various online advertising platforms. 
  • Someone with a commitment to personal growth in L&D and sales, staying current with digital marketing innovations. 
  • An analyst adept at market research to keep Thinka at the leading edge of the L&D industry.
