Training Coordinator
Start Date: May 2024
12 months Fixed Term
Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Salary: $90k package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and organising training for 500+ workers
- Partner with business units to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive annual training plan
- Oversee training program execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Continuously improve training processes to maximize learning outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external training providers
- Manage inbox and respond to emails
- Running training reports
- Managing compliance activities
- Strong training coordination experience
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred) or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
- Understanding of relevant industry training requirements and safety regulations
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors experience a plus
