Location:  Melbourne or Sydney
Salary: $90k package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and organising training for 500+ workers
• Partner with business units to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive annual training plan
• Oversee training program execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Continuously improve training processes to maximize learning outcomes
• Build strong relationships with internal and external training providers
• Manage inbox and respond to emails
• Running training reports
• Managing compliance activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong training coordination experience
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred) or a relevant tertiary qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
• Understanding of relevant industry training requirements and safety regulations
• Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors experience a plus
