This is a dynamic role, working closely with the Head of Lease Administration to facilitate the administration of Healius’ property leases. The successful candidate will be part of the 5-member Lease Admin Team that will provide the lease admin functions for the Healius Property Portfolio (2,300 assets). The role requires a person with a great attention to detail, excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and thrives working in a team environment.
Position Description:
Responsible for processing and maintaining the leases in the Progenesis Lease Management System; ensuring all information is accurately entered and maintained and documents are filed appropriately
Process the lease property invoices for payment
Oversee and ensure rent payments and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner
Reconciling outgoings
Processing rent reviews, options, and terminations
Develop and maintain key relationships internally and externally with the Business Units and Landlords
Updating and maintaining the lease database, adding new leases, properties, landlords, tenants, rent reviews and options
Reading and interpreting leases, outgoings, etc
Reconciling outgoings
Processing ad hoc payments
Responding to vendor and business unit enquiries
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years in an Admin or Property Lease Admin role
Accounts/Financial background
Experience with Progenesis Lease Management System
Experience within the Healthcare Sector ideal
Highly organised with good time management skills
Strong ability to pay attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to communicate with others, identify problems, and resolve potential conflicts
Experienced in analysing and interpreting leasing agreements and financial statements
Active team player
