Reporting to the Head of Property & Franchising the Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the department through accurate filling, record keeping and document preparation. The purpose of this role is to ensure the Leasing & Property department remain compliant and adhere to critical dates.
As the Property Administrator, you will be accountable for the administration support of the Property and Leasing Team. We are seeking an individual who has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The Role Recipe:
- Upkeep of lease details in Lease Eagle
- Liaise with Lessors on Account Arrears
- Check Lessor Invoices against Lease Obligations
- Support the Department with Easy Filing and Record Keeping
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) & Invoice Processing
- Support with Preparation of IAC Documents for New Store Approvals
Key ingredients:
- Organizational skills to maintain efficient document filing and record-keeping systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support as needed
- Understanding of property management processes, lease terms, and legal obligations
- Working knowledge of the retail leasing legislation at an administrative level is desirable
- Experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and an ability to manage multiple demands at any time
- Strong initiative and ability to identify ways to improve and make processes more efficient
- Experienced and highly competent in the administration of LeaseEagle
- Experience in processing invoices and accounts reconciliation
