About the role
Reporting into our Group Leasing Manager and working as part of our Group Leasing team, you will be managing the administration and coordination of all leasing documentation for our leasing portfolio.
Bringing your previous experience in Leasing to this role, you will be undertaking the administration of the lease obligations and general lease compliance, reviewing various Lease Agreements to identify tenancy requirements and effectively manage all payments associated with property expenses.
Your strong customer service approach along with commercial and financial acumen and problem-solving abilities will help you hit the ground in this fast paced and varied role. Based in our Cremorne Head Office, your initiative and proactive approach will support your success and development.
Your day-to-day will include:
Maintaining lease records and administration of lease obligations and general lease compliance
Reviewing lease agreements to identify tenancy requirements
Attend to any lease administration issues and enquiries from landlords
Assist in the delivery of new stores, store extensions renewals and general management of the property portfolio
Provide assistance to resolve any property management enquiries
Administer Accounts Payable and Receivables functions relating to outgoings and other property expenses
Manage payment queries, complete outgoing reconciliations and resolve payment disputes
Reporting as required
Research centre and store information as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Previous experience in a Lease Administration or similar position
Knowledge of property and property related terms
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
Proficient in Lease Eagle package or similar leasing system ideal
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Financial acumen and analytical skills
Strong time management and decision-making capabilities
Any formal accounts training desirable
