Reporting to the Principal Lease Manager, the Lease Coordinator will assist in whole-of-Government lease procurement; and lease management including financial and tenancy management.
The Role:
Assist a leasing team to plan and deliver the supply of leased assets within the State Government’s property portfolio and provide lease management advice concerning commercial leasing for the State Government’s office property portfolio.
- Support executive/sensitive leasing projects and the provision of office accommodation
- Updating of streamlined lease management, and tenancy and financial management systems.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Provide support with the development of policies, guidelines
- Provide assistance with marketplace research into advice on industry trends
- Contribute towards the development of Whole-of-Government Office Accommodation Strategic Plans
- Property management, achieving best value for money, strategic asset management and benchmarking.
- Negotiating at intra departmental meetings and prepare executive correspondence and briefing notes
- Experience using Pivot Tables
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Records filing
- Experience using Content Manager is an advantage
