This is the perfect role for an entry level candidate looking for promotion or an experienced Leasing Consultant looking to join an award winning team and be rewarded accordingly.
The Role:
- Conduct routine inspections to monitor property conditions and identify areas for improvement
- Timely advertising of available properties across various platforms
- Screening and verification of prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
- Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation and execution of leasing agreements and renewals
- Conduct open homes
- Update and maintain the database across customer contact information and communication, property details and maintenance logs
- Entry level candidates will be considered providing they have a current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including owners, tenants and vendors
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems
- A flexible and adaptable work ethic
