The Role:

Enjoy your one day of during the week to run your mid-week errands – without the weekend crowds. As a Leasing Consultant, your duties will consist of but are not limited to

• Handling leasing inquiries from prospective tenants and process paperwork for competent applicants
• Leasing and open for inspection
• Processing apps 
• Compile and complete condition reports
• Provide assistance to the property managers and owners to approve successful applications
• Knowledge of Property Management software 
• Routine inspections
• Uploading advertisements and online portals 
• Adhoc administration 
• Help with maintenance & repairs

What will you need to succeed?

• Some real estate experience or exposure to the industry 
• A Certificate of registration
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Have knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Lastly, to want to take the next step in their career
