Leasing Consultant - Hills District/Epping area

This is a team that know a thing or two about Real Estate and are constantly leading the way when it comes to technology, streamlined procedures, and teamwork. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant that is keen, eager and looking to freshen up their career! This is an office you will want to be working for!
  
The Role:

• Conducting & running open homes
• Liaising with tenants
• Processing rental applications
• Ingoings & outgoings – you will provide support to the property management team
• Conducting Open Homes
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

  
The Candidate:

• All training provided (minimal real estate experience is advantageous)
• A Car, Drivers License & Certificate of Registration
• We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to provide a high level of service
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
