Salary package $171,061 includes a base salary of $152,069 + employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Leasing Contracts Manager is responsible for management of complex matters that are existing or new to the leasing team, involving contract governance, negotiations, internal and external stakeholder management, process development and enhancement in line with the TAFE NSW Contract Management Framework for the Lease Outsourcing Contract and TAFE's Strategic Plan.
About You
Experience in commercial/retail leasing, demonstrating an ability to problem solve complex matters. You will be a strategic thinker with an outcome focus possessing excellent relationship management skills. An eye for detail and understanding of contracts is important in both managing existing and negotiating new agreements. Team player that embraces collaboration and is motivated to achieve team goals.

Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a commercial property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills experience
At least 5 years' experience in commercial CRE or landlord property leasing across a diverse property or asset types, and an understanding of NSW Government leasing transaction requirements.
Experience with contract performance management activities in a public sector environment.
Experience with operational management of contracted service delivery and change management activities.
Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
