Join RetPro's team of Leasing Executives, who work nationally and collaboratively, and are involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. This role will allocated centres across RetPro's portfolio (periodical interstate travel is required).
Leasing Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted income by maintaining 100% occupancy levels of the centre, ensuring best tenancy mix for the centre;
- Formulate retail leasing strategies and implement tenancy remixes/reconfigurations to maximize income;
- Liaise with centre management staff, head office teams and landlords;
- Liaise with retailers, both existing and potential;
- Preparation and delivery of accurate and professional leasing reports.
Experience Required:
- Solid retail leasing experience as a Leasing Executive within shopping centres;
- Proven track record of securing new deals;
- Have established relationships with national retailers;
- Results focused with a passion for securing deals;
- Hold a Real Estate/Agent Rep Licence or equivalent
