Due to recent growth of the business, CHP Management has a requirement for a motivated and passionate individual, wishing to be a part of a dynamic commercial property management business. We are seeking a professional who can form part of an existing leasing team which manages vacancy, development/project leasing sites and the existing tenant lease expiries/renewals of the portfolio.
About the Role:
- Neighborhood shopping centre portfolio (metropolitan locations) focus.
- Manage active leasing campaigns
- Database management & administration
- Ensure timely response to enquiries
- Negotiating lease terms and conditions.
- Managing vacancies & renewals within portfolio and project leasing development sites.
- Reducing vacancies through active tenant management
- End-to-end management of the leasing workflow.
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will need to be extremely organised, respond well in a fast paced and high-pressured environment, possess strong attention to detail and administrative skills, as well as advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior Yardi software experience would be advantageous.
You will hold a current Cert IV in Real Estate & Property or Real Estate License and have a reliable car and driver’s license.
