As our dedicated Leasing & Inspections Officer you will be responsible for advertising our rentals properties, conducting open homes, assisting potential applicants, processing applications from start to finish and liaising with the property manager and landlords to ensure a smooth flow of communication. In addition you will support our Inspections Officer by conducting regular routine inspections. We require a committed candidate who thrives on working as part of a high performing team to deliver outstanding service.
To be successful in this role you must:-
- Possess a positive can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and great attention to detail
- Friendly, professional and confident disposition
- Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outside the box thinking
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable car
- Have your Property Management Registration
