The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Leasing Officer administers the Town's leasing portfolio. The administration of the leasing portfolio involves maintaining the Town's lease database, ensuring lessee obligations are satisfied, asset maintenance of leased and licensed premises.
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
