LEASING MANAGER

We’re looking for a LEASING MANAGER for our national award winning property management team. Our team has an all-in focus on delivering the best service to our clients through honesty and a collaborative team approach to situations.

We are looking for an applicant who is excited about launching & excelling their career in property management. 

The position;

• With our 2024 focus on growth, your main tasks will involve the day-to-day responsibilities of leasing properties
• Working in a team with our business development mangers and the head of department, our growth team is focused on fast turnarounds & industry leading results for our clients
• Individual quarterly meetings with emphasis on helping your professional growth
• Calm, positive environment with mindset and attitude being the main emphasis
• Office car for appointments during work hours
• No out of hours responsibilities, Monday to Saturday work hours with your choice of day off during the week (Tues-Fri)
• Support and guidance from Head of Department and Principal Owners
• Regular training and development from head office & internal programs

The role includes;

• Regular communication with tenants
• Leasing Inspections & Open Homes
• Handling of tenant enquiry and property queries
• Processing Applications
• Administration tasks including preparing listings & new tenant onboarding 

As the successful applicant, you will have:

• Real Estate Certificate, or ability to start course immediately upon start date
• Drivers Licence
• Willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation
• Confidence in your ability
• Positive attitude
