About Our Client: Our client manages a prestigious portfolio with approximately 140 properties under management, our client prioritizes delivering exceptional service to their landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities: As the Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently.
- Conducting routine property inspections.
- Managing entry and exit processes, including finalizing tenancies and bond refunds.
- Handling lease renewals and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilizing Property Me for property management tasks and maintaining a shared inbox.
- Previous experience in property management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with Property Me or similar property management software.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
