Our client is a global retailer with an Australian portfolio thriving as their top-performing business. They are a worldwide reputable brand that are in need of a Leasing Manager to join their team. You will be part of a dynamic organisation working with a highly functioning team.
The Responsibilities
- Liaise & ensure all relationships are maintained with all stakeholders, internal & external
- Maintain accurate lease data on all systems, CRMs, document files & records of correspondence
- Coordinate market reviews and oversee negotiations.
- Managing payments being placed on and off hold while account changes are being managed, lease renewals progressed, or other leasing matters being investigated
- Prepare feasibility and management reports.
- Coordinate finance administration for payments in line with lease obligations
- Liaise with Project Management for fitout guidelines.
- Managing and reviewing lease reporting including
- Expertise in Lease Administration & Retail Tenancy Act
Understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions - Ability to manage & provide recommendations to the broader Business on feasibility analysis
- Well-versed in CRM's/content management systems
- Ability to manage at both strategic & tactical levels within a rapidly changing environment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise with high volume and handle pressure
- Ideally have SAP experience and/or property leasing management databases
- Excellent report writing & communication skills
- Work in amazing new offices
